3 Vital Aspects in the Salvation Prayer

1. Recognised our sinful nature.

Romans 3:23
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.

2. Recognised our inability to save ourselves.

Ephesians 2:8-9
8 For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith - and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God -
9 not by works, so that no one can boast.

3. Recognised Christ's ability to redeem us.

Romans 6:23
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

5 steps to Salvation

1. Come before God.
2. Believe that God loves you and He sent His Son to die for you.

John 3:16
For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.

3. Repent from our sins.

Luke 13:3
But unless you repent, you too will all perish.

4. Confess with your mouth.

Romans 10:10
For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

5. Recieve Jesus.

John 1:12
Yet to all who recieved Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God.
